About Kiebitz

With around 50 employees, Kiebitz has been supporting and coaching people in professional change for almost 30 years. As a non-profit organization, we work according to business management principles. Our clients are private individuals, companies and public social insurance organizations such as the Office of Economy and Labor Basel (AWA).

You arrange appointments with your coach according to your needs. Consultations take place in the Kiebitz or online if desired.

Meet the team

Our coaches have different academic and professional backgrounds, several years of professional experience in the private sector, in-depth knowledge of the Swiss labor market and the Swiss education landscape/system as well as the qualifications required for coaching.
